The Distressing Prophecy That Brings Hope

The Son of Man is about to be delivered into the hands of men, and they will kill him, and he will be raised on the third day. And they were greatly distressed.

If you were sitting with the disciples, how would you have felt when Jesus said he was going to be killed? What makes death seem so scary?
