Jesus showed the man that being good is not good enough. We need to be perfect! That is why Jesus came to live and die for us.

Romans 3:23 says, 'All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.'

How does Jesus give us His perfect goodness as a free gift? Draw or write your answer.

The sermon said we should stop trying to earn God's love and trust Jesus alone. He gives us His righteousness by grace through faith.

Romans 3:22 says, 'The righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe.'
